Our signature product, SEC FilePro is a subscription based software used for the preparation, collaboration, edgarization and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Designed by accountants for accountants, our software bridges the gap between general ledger and SEC filing. Providing a clear audit trail from the general ledger, it dramatically increases the controls over the process and reduces the time it takes to produce a filing.

Its multi-user capability allows you to assign various levels of access on a section by section basis. With this feature, you can delegate with confidence. Through the use of our provided templates and relational links, repetitive data entry is all but eliminated.

To help our customers meet the new requirements for ASC 718 and option expensing, we offer a set of models that streamline valuation and provide a solid and affordable solution. The two most widely used models are currently supported: Black-Scholes and Binomial Lattice. We also provide the Volatility Tool to compute the volatility input for the stock option valuation models and the Forfeiture & Expected Life Tool to compute the forfeiture rate and expected life using historical stock option data.

For Hedge accounting we have the Hedge Accounting Tool to compute Ineffectiveness and track the performance of up to five Hedges for a single base instrument. This tool also calculates fair value for each instrument with monthly inputs for market and contractual interest rates and user selected 'As Of' dates for valuation.

We also offer a Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Tool. Originally designed for our own consulting clients, this template based system helps automate testing and evaluation of controls. For Financial Institutions subject to FDICIA, we offer the FDICIA Compliance Tool. This Tool is comparable to the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Tool but aimed at FDICIA compliance. (See our FDICIA Tool FAQ).

We also provide a growing list of targeted products to meet the specific needs for compliance with new accounting rules and treatments. For example, we provide the ASC 350/FAS142 Goodwill Impairment Analysis Tool to help companies meet ASC 350/FAS142. And we provide the ASC 310-20/FAS91 Effective Interest Model in two flavors (for fixed interest rate loans and variable interest rate loans) to compute the level yields. For Lease deferred rent compuation, we provide the Lease Management Tool. For Fair Value analysis to comply with ASC 820/FAS157, we provide the Fair Value Model.
