FORFEITURE & EXPECTED LIFE TOOL

We offer the Forfeiture & Expected Life Tool to compute the forfeiture rate for use with the ASC 718 (formerly FAS123r) option valuation models. The Tool is also used to compute the expected life of existing grants.

The Forfeiture & Expected Life Tool takes historical option data and computes the forfeiture rate and expected life based on the input data. The Tool allows for up to 20 years worth of historical option data. Each year in the standard edition, can accomodate up to 100 grants. We also offer a 1,000 grant edition, for larger or more active companies. Our demo describes this product in detail and what it can do for you.
