ASC 718/FAS123r MANAGEMENT TOOL We offer the ASC 718 (formerly FAS123r) Management Tool to help you track stock option grants and the resulting expense for use in your financial reporting. The Tool tracks existing grants and computes the total expense entries for each financial period. The Tool is flexible and allows you to enter your expected forfeiture rates to compute the expense entries per ASC 718 (please see our Forfeiture & Expected Life Tool to help you compute your forfeiture rates). You can also adjust the expected forfeitures for each period to reflect actual forfeiture rate. The Tool saves you time and effort by tracking the total expense of all of your options and apportions the expense over the service life of the grants. The Tool is available for a purchase price of $299 and immediate download. Please see the FAQ for information about the ASC 718 Management Tool. Also, please see the Whitepaper for more information on the new requirements. Feel free to contact us at sales@procognis.com if you have any questions about this Tool. This includes helping companies develop their assumptions for expected volatility, term and forfeitures, and assisting in the determination of the expense to be recorded by period.
