ProCognis, Inc. Principals

Reed C. Radke, President & CEO

Reed has dual bachelors in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Reed has been involved in the Computer industry for over twenty years. Most recently, Reed was a Principal Consultant with Openwave Systems where he was instrumental in the development of Internet solutions and design of mail systems for large telecommunications companies.

Lynda Pullon Radke, Executive Vice President & CFO

Lynda holds a bachelors degree in Business Economics and a certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career working for the Big Four accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, where she performed financial audits of both public and private companies. Since then, she has been involved in the public offerings of several companies, serving as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to founding ProCognis, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Community West Bancshares, a Nasdaq traded bank holding company.
